you can make guest happy with bed using this easy steps , we call it 03 step of bed

•             Strip the Bed

•        Making the Bed

•             Arranging the Pillow

Strip the Bed 

• ·         Pull back sheets from the head of the bed.
• ·         Remove the sheets one by one, checking to see if any Guest items have been left behind.
• ·         If anything is found and it is an occupied room, keep it aside and leave on top of the bed,               once the bed is made.
• ·         If anything is found and it is a checked out room, follow the ‘Lost and Found’ Procedure
• ·         Dust the bed and Bed Head by tapping firmly with both hands (with fingers outstretched) in         a top to bottom motion/direction.
• ·         Adjust the mattress protector as it may have become non-aligned during dusting of bed.
•             Check the mattress protector for stains and change, if necessary 

Making the Bed

• ·         Select the correct size of white sheet (Bottom Sheet) Centre it on the bed by standing at the end     of the bed.
• ·         Tuck in the corners of the sheet hospital style.
• ·         Placed the Duvet on top of the Bed.
• ·         When Placing the Duvet on the Bed, have it reach over the Top of the bed on both sides and foot    of the bed.
• ·         Open the Duvet cover. Hold two closed ends and slip in the duvet. Hold 2 ends of the duvet   lift    up and shake, holding the duvet and the cover tight.  Spread the duvet along the length of the        bed.  Fold the ends.
• ·         Move on the head of the bed and fold the duvet & the top sheet together 2 feet from the bed

Arrange the Pillow

•          Insert pillow into pillow cases
•       Fluff up the pillow
•       Back pillows are placed in the pillow case and placed propped up against the                                headboard each pillow should rest touching each other at the center of the                                     headboard.
•       Front pillows. Are now place these pillows in their cases propped up against the  headboard. Each pillow should rest touching each other at the center of the headboard.
•       Place the booster pillows, and Bed Runner.
