hi there this is very impotent part as my friend i am going to talk about the occupancy report, housekeeping provide 2 kind of report one is system and other is physical report , lets move in to the topic .

Creating Occupancy Report.

At
the beginning of a new shift, the first task to be performed is the printing
and creation of the occupancy report by housekeeping section.

Use
the PMS main room status report from the housekeeping menu, and distribute by
sections according to configuration

Check
all allocated room at 10:00 hours and 20:00 hours to know the status.

Check
the number of persons occupying the room.

Report
all rooms, which do not have luggage.

Report
any damages or unusual occurrences.

The
report to be handed over to housekeeping desk.

New Arrival ROOM:
- The room shows occupied in the system but the guest has not yet arrived.

Sleep-out rooms:
-
Occupied rooms where the guest has spent the
night out or occupied rooms which have not been used at all since they were
cleaned the previous day.

Compiles occupancy report from each section, makes 3 copies of total
hotel occupancy report to forward to accounting, front desk and one copy to be
retained in housekeeping.
- Update room status and print out discrepancy report copy to account, Front Desk and one copy for HK.
- All other reports shall either be directly printed from the PMS (Property Management System) or created updated in accordance with LSOP
