·         Turndown Services shall only be performed between 18.00 hrs. to 21.00 hrs, unless specifically requested by guest.

·         Review the room and tidy as required, folding and hanging any clothes and arranging any personal items.

·         Refresh the bathroom accordingly.  Replace any soiled towels. Replenish any empty amenities.

·         Adjust Room lighting.

·         Remove decorative items from bed, if applicable, and turn back bed sheets in accordance with the standard.

·         Place all applicable amenities, such as water, etc.

·         Check all lights for fused bulbs – report to desk immediately

·         Close the curtains

·         Check the garbage bin- empty all bins, remove empty bottles and room service trays, any used glass and cups should be washed clean and wiped out.
