last day we talk about few abbreviation, now you all are know about abbreviation so today let's go and learn more abbreviation .

• DO------- Due Out 

        This abbreviation mean ,( this report gives by the front office) so when  you see this abbreviation on your report that mean that guest will check out today . but sometimes guest will stay another day as guest wish 

• OC--------Occupied Clean

 

This Abbreviation use for occupied guest rooms only . normally we have to provide cleaning service for guest who stay more than one day in the Hotel Room  .  after given  service to the guest room you can say as it OC ( Occupied Clean)

• OD-------Occupied Dirty

This Abbreviation also use for occupied Rooms ,when you not provide service to the occupied room you can use this abbreviation , this room status providing by the front office so you can plan your day first in the morning , so you should read the status report send by front office , 

• RF---------Refused Service 

when you going to clean  the occupied room guest will have been said "no need to clean this room today" so you can use this abbreviation in your status report. remember to write down the time .
