  All associates must be fully and properly educated and trained to use the equipment which they are inspected to produce results with.

When operating, always follow manufacturer’s guidelines, as well as always exercise caution and care. 

Establish maintenance Schedule

-         Maintenance shall only be performed by adequately trained personnel, i.e. engineering staff and/or equipment supplier.

-         All equipment required cleaning and correct storage .

-         All equipment should be checked and inspected for damage on a regular basis to prevent major breakdowns. An LSOP should be established.
