the bed is the main part of the room , it see firstly when the guest enter the room . so bed has to be clean and neatly and also presently
The bed is made daily, Linen is fresh and clean. followed
- Strip the Bed
- Bring Fresh Linen From the Trolley
- Dust the Bed
- Rotate The mattress
Strip the Bed

Pull
back sheets from the head of the bed.
Bring Fresh Linen From the Trolley

Remove
the sheets one by one, checking to see if any Guest items have been left
behind.

If
anything is found and it is an occupied room, keep it aside and leave on top of
the bed, once the bed is made.

If
anything is found and it is a checked out room, follow the ‘Lost and Found’
Procedure
- Place in close proximity to the bed head.
Dust the Bed
Dust the bed by tapping firmly with both hands (with fingers outstretched) in a top to bottom motion/direction.
Rotate The mattress
- Once in every 3 months, the mattress has to be rotated.
